*Only Non-Aggressive dogs are accepted.
*Daycare guests must pass a behavior assessment (we do not charge an
assessment fee).
*Dogs 6 months of age & older MUST be Spayed or Neutered (NO Exceptions).
*Owners MUST provide proof of current vaccinations including
Rabies, DHP/DHLPP/DAP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) prior to your
dogs stay. All required vaccinations must be current a minimum of
three days before boarding with us.
*Dogs are required to be on a flea and tick preventative (for puppies check with
your veterinarian for recommendations).
*All dogs must be free of communicable diseases and parasites for at least 3
months prior to enrollment (this includes any coughs).
*Upon enrollment and re-admission all dogs must be free from any condition that
could potentially jeopardize other pets.
**Your dog's nails must be clipped (including dew claws) prior to entering our
facility. This will help prevent nicks and scratches during play time.**
**If we determine your dog's nails are at an unsafe length, we may not be able
to allow them to stay at our facility** (We do not clip nails on site)

| Due to our insurance policy, reservations are required for all services (this includes tours and assessments). Visitors without a reservation, will be asked to wait in the reception area while we escort dog's to their rooms. There are NO additional charges for extra playtime, time outside, or to give medications. Bring your dog's own food from home, please read and follow the instructions listed below. If your dog has medication please read and follow the instructions listed below for that as well. Bring enough food for them while your away. Make sure food is in a sealed container or plastic bag. Clearly mark their container or bag with their first and last name and exact feeding instructions. Medications must be in a sealed container or plastic bag. Clearly mark their first and last name, the name of the medication and the exact daily dosage instructions. Plus any special tips on ways you give your dog their medicine would be very helpful to our staff. You may bring your pets blanket, bed, crate and/or toys. Please DO NOT bring food and water bowls. Dogs must be on a flea preventative. Upon arrival, if your dog has fleas, we will give your dog a flea treatment. You will be charged $20 for each one of your dogs that requires this treatment. Sorry, we do not give refunds, this includes early pickup for boarders. |
